  • Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, Credit/Debit Cards, and other available payment gateways.
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates and supplier pricing.
  • Processing time may vary depending on stock availability, system delay, network issues, or maintenance by game providers.
  • All payments are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery

Delivery is electronic/digital and processed directly to your game account.

  • Average delivery time: 1-10 minutes under normal conditions, up to 24 hours during high traffic or system maintenance.
  • You will receive a confirmation notification once the order is completed.
  • Orders may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: game server maintenance, API downtime, or payment gateway delays.

5. Refund Policy

We operate under a strict no-refund policy, except under the following situations:

  • Payment has been confirmed but the top-up was not delivered due to system or supplier error on our end.
  • The product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time.
  • Duplicate charges or technical errors in payment processing.

Please Note: Refunds due to incorrect details provided by the customer (wrong User ID, server, etc.) will NOT be granted. Always double-check your information before completing your purchase.

Refunds for payments made via third-party providers may be subject to transaction fees that are non-refundable. Refund processing may take 7-14 business days depending on your payment method.

6. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring all details submitted during purchase are correct and complete. This includes but is not limited to:

  • User ID / Player ID
  • In-Game Name (IGN)
  • Server / Region
  • Zone ID
  • Character Name
  • Any other game-specific information required

We are not liable for losses, delays, or incorrect deliveries due to errors entered by customers.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal transactions.
  • Dispute payments after receiving completed service without valid reason.
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten our staff, system, or platform.
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise our system security.
  • Resell our services without prior written authorization.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to manipulate our platform.

Fraudulent actions may result in legal action, permanent account suspension, and reporting to relevant authorities.

We are not liable for:

  • Game server issues, downtime, or maintenance conducted by the game provider/publisher.
  • Delays caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.
  • Loss of account, character, or in-game items due to bans or violations of the game's terms of service.
  • Changes in game mechanics, currency values, or item availability by the game publisher.
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
